How did Canine Kingdom come about?:  Canine Kingdom was born out of a passion for helping dogs become well-mannered, confident companions — and helping families build stronger bonds with them. What started as a single-location training center quickly grew through word of mouth, real results, and a reputation for care you can trust. As our team expanded and our services evolved, so did our vision. We rebranded to Canine Kingdom to reflect the level of quality, structure, and dedication we bring to every dog’s experience. Today, we proudly serve the Downers Grove and Naperville communities with a full suite of training, daycare, boarding, and grooming services — always treating every dog like royalty.

Canine Kingdom was established in 2015. One day, it hit us... With all the dog-service businesses popping up, we wondered whether they were really doing everything possible for our happy, four-legged fur balls. You and I know dogs are our children, with more legs. They deserve the same care and attention that we give our human family. After doing some digging, we found that even among those that touted all-in-one dog service options, there really was not a business that met our criteria. Some doggie daycare locations did not have training services or grooming services. Others did not have products we were looking for; so if we were out of dog food, it meant an extra stop. Some were not clean. Some had employees who did not provide the love and care we required for our furry children. We did not like what we were seeing. After lots of research - by us and our dog Ripley - we set out to create an experience that our dogs - and your dogs - would love. Welcome to Canine Kingdom, where every day is like a day on the beach.

All locations for Canine Kingdom are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Our lobby is closed on Saturdays and Sundays however our boarding is open 24/7. Pickup and drop-off is available during business hours in addition to after hours options. Contact us if you have any questions!
