Socialization is an extremely important component of a dog’s educational curriculum. Not only does it provide them with an outlet for their abundant energy, but it is also one of the cornerstones of developing an adult dog who can best handle social interactions with other dogs.
How Our Comfortable Lodging Services Work
Our boarding services provide dogs with a safe and comfortable dog lodging experience designed to feel like a home away from home. We offer overnight dog boarding for short stays and long-term pet boarding for families who may be traveling for extended periods. With cage-free dog boarding options, pets can enjoy freedom, relaxation, and companionship in a secure, stress-free environment. Each lodging space is monitored by trained staff to ensure safety and comfort. Whether it’s just for a night or several weeks, your dog will always be cared for like family.
How Our Premium Care Programs Work
Our premium care boarding programs combine comfort, activity, and personal attention. Dogs staying in our luxury dog suites enjoy spacious accommodations with soft bedding, climate control, and extra pampering. To keep pets active and happy, boarding with daily exercise is included, with walks, playtime, and enrichment activities built into their schedule. We also provide personalized care for dogs, tailoring feeding, medications, and routines to each pet’s individual needs. Whether during holiday and weekend dog boarding or a longer stay, we ensure every guest feels loved, cared for, and entertained throughout their visit.
The Many Benefits of Doggy Daycare:
Safety is our #1 Priority
All dogs go through an assessment on their first day to make sure that they are a good candidate for our daycare program and must be free from any aggression. Upon arrival your dog will wear a lightweight nylon drag leash for safety and training purposes. We need to quickly and safely separate any potential scuffles amongst pups. The leashes are also used throughout the day for those dogs enrolled in our training programs.
Supervised Playtime
Our daycare attendants are experts in dog behavior and are trained to know when to step in and defuse the situation while encouraging continued play.
Dogs are split into 2 supervised Playgroups one with puppies, small dogs, and senior dogs, and the other for medium and large dogs.
Fun & Exciting Exercise
Our daycare attendants are always engaged with the pups, throwing balls, blowing bubbles, and giving out lots of cuddles. Your dog has the freedom to run, jump, frolic, chase, tug, and scamper.
All of this exercise is incredibly important for your dog. It's great for your pup's physical health and a fun way to exercise. This means that upon their return home after a full day of play, they’ll be ready to snuggle up and relax with you. They'll sleep better at night, too.
Doggy Entertainment
Left alone for too long, dogs get lonely and bored, and they'll start looking for something to do.
Chances are that what they find to occupy them isn't going to be an activity that you approve of. Rather, your pooch is likely to start digging under the fence, chewing shoes, furniture, or your daughter's stuffed animals, or simply tearing the place apart.
It will be difficult for a dog to be bored at daycare. Relief from boredom, as well as companionship, are two significant benefits of doggy daycare.
Reduces Separation Anxiety
If your dog gets used to seeing you at home at all times, a sudden change in your routine will make it anxious, setting it back a few months in terms of the training you have put it through.
Your dog may start peeing or pooping in the house, and it might start chewing your clothes or shoes, among others. These are the signs of canine separation anxiety, which often leads to destructive behaviors.
Less Stress, More Cuddles
Separation anxiety not only affects the health and emotional state of your pup, but it might affect yours too. You end up spending hours out of your day thinking of the danger your dog could be in and also how lonely it must be for it.
A doggie daycare will leave you happy and productive because you don’t have to worry about your dog running crazy around the house, whining for hours, or littering the house. And since your dog gets back home tired, a meal and snuggling on the couch are the only beautiful things you will be thinking about.
Establish a Doggy Routine
Dogs, like humans, are creatures of habit. Sending your pooch to daycare means that it knows that every day at a specific time, it goes away to spend time with its friends. And at Canine Kingdom, the staff have a schedule of activities that will keep your pup invigorated and exhausted at best.
Improves Your Dog's Confidence
If you are worried that your dog’s timidness is unhealthy, bring him to Canine Kingdom. Your dog will interact with other trained dogs with different temperaments, and as it interacts with the others and acts out of its comfort zone, its confidence levels will rise.
